Dear Maud
I am preparing the new F.S. Journal¹ & I want the words of the enclosed list.
Where they are practically the same as those in the Journal already (I have marked these as far as I can) there is no necessity to copy them – or if they are in some accessible printed book. In that case merely copy those verses which are not in a printed copy and refer to the source for the others.
I can’t bear to give you all this work but I don’t know what to do.
But get in a typist or anyone who can help you at the expense of course of the Society.
Also I think we must put the counties where the songs are collected
– I know some of them – but I do not know where the following are (List enclosed)
Also had Mr Sharp² any notes on the songs? if so might we print them
