Letter from Alan Bush to Ralph Vaughan Williams
Letter No.: VWL3805
July 6th, 1932
Dear Dr. Vaughan-Williams,
I was very sorry to hear that you were unable to accede to our request1, but quite realise that you must have much work on hand of greater importance than anything which would be suitable for “Pro Musica”. Perhaps we may hope that at some time in the future you will contribute to our pages.
In the meantime, however, the German editors, who are anxious to receive criticism from all sources, would be especially gratified to hear any opinion on this publication which you might care to express.
I remain
Yours very sincerely,
Hon Sec.
