We think the design¹ is delightful & we shall love to give it – & have a small share in the new home. If only the young Emil² can carry out the design as we wish!  I have sent it to him to study.
Tell Gerald that Ellen is only just back from her holiday. I will send him the information very soon.³  We are very happy that Dorking is the chosen place.⁴
Ralph has been having little walks in the garden – he is much safer on his feet.⁵
