Dear Gerald,
R was at the O.U.P. yesterday and had a talk with Alan Frank about making Morris’ music better known as you have suggested.1
R has been asked to write something for the RCM Magazine2 but he feels he cannot do it and has told the Editor that you are the person to do this and he does very much hope that you will – he would add a postcript3 if needed.
