Perhaps this may be the last letter to reach you if you are setting off on 14th as Uncle T writes.
All is well with us – Yes – R had a letter from the King’s Sec about 3 months ago asking him if he’d have the O M.1
It is the only recognition that I could bear for him –
July 9 is the “Investiture” evening dress coat – black breeches – silk stockings & court shoes!  Let us hope Moss2 can provide – 
Very stormy here – in fact gales that are only experienced in October –
Hon3 & J & Liesbeth shopped in Guildford on Thursday & had a dashing tea at Woolworth –
