Dear Mrs Hadley

I am very sorry that tomorrow is impossible for me – But I hope to send you all the singing & dancing music tomorrow.¹
I think I have secured two good violinists for the orchestra – It is the afternoon of Dec 1^st is it not?  So please ask all those names you suggested and let me know when you have heard what we have secured
The music will be very simple.  I think two orchestral rehearsals will be ample – and it is no good having them till the end of November.  I think it will be better not to have the orchestra at the full rehearsal but a pianoforte – as I intend all the songs to be sung unaccompanied as folk-songs should be.
