Letter from Ralph Vaughan Williams to Mr. Bridgewater (BBC)

Letter No.: VWL1106

From R. Vaughan Williams,
The White Gates,
Westcott Road,
Dorking.

Sunday [25 October 1936]

Dear Mr Bridgewater

Many thanks for your letter.1
I often come up to London & it seems a pity that a busy man should have to come down here – much as I shd like to see you.
How about coming to lunch one Wednesday at the R.C.M2 (not next Wed: but any other) – or at 5.30 on a Wednesday? (again barring next Wed.)
 – Failing that I shall be haunting Broadcasting House on Nov.10, 12 and 13, if you happened to be free any of those days
Yours sincerely

R Vaughan Williams
