My Dear

Thank you for the timely present & for your father’s address which may be very useful.¹
I know the Blake poems well – but I’ve never felt tempted to set him. I do not expect you ever got my letter written to you c/o Maud to tell you that we have lost our beloved Honorine – she was killed in an air raid on London about a 4t night ago.²
I know she had a very happy 6 months married and that is what I wanted for her so much.
