Letter from Ralph Vaughan Williams to Everett Helm
Letter No.: VWL3025
From R. Vaughan Williams,
The White Gates,
Westcott Road,
Dorking.
[12 Dec 1938]
My Dear Helm
I was very glad to get your letter and to know that all goes well with you. We go on here much as usual except for an occasional crisis, the last of which led us to make a dug-out in our garden! Remember me to the Davisons – it would be nice to see them again.
I will, if I may, send my love to Mary Ellen
Yrs
R Vaughan Williams
