Thank you so much for your letter. Please give your choirs my very best wishes for a fine performance on Sunday,¹ – as I am sure it will be. Did they find it difficult? one of the Dorking choirs who competed in it, last week,  turned it down at first as being too hard, but afterwards came out top!
