I am afraid I cannot help, I have no son, and no nephews, and the names of my Vaughan Williams cousins are Miles¹ and David. I can only think it must be some other family with the same name, there are a few of them in the London telephone directory, and probably many more in other parts of England. I am so sorry I do not know of any Paul.
