I return you your interesting paper (& have shewn it to von Holst [)] – I fear that we
are neither expert enough to be of any use to you – I think a man like Sir Henry Wood wd be
the person for you.
As regards Q.H.1 I think it is better full than empty, Central Hall certainly so.
In a theatre the strings want strengthening as there are usually too few of them.
