I am sending you some music paper to get on with – perhaps you can find some more in Bristol.
I also send £5-0-0 on a/c to cover initial expenses – e.g. you may have to pay the copyist “on the nail”
As regards copyists I am writing to Arnold Barter (9 HURLE Crescent Clifton) and am asking him to get in touch with you if he knows of one.¹

1. Joseph Cooper was making the version of the Piano Concerto in C major, Catalogue of Works 1931/3, for two pianos which was first performed on 22 November 1946 by Cyril Smith and Phyllis Sellick.  See VWL2098 for VW’s letter to Barter.
