What a lovely place St Augustines Fla must be
1. Fiona McCleary, pianist and composer, former pupil of VW, and presumably daughter of George McCleary, a friend of VW from university days, with whom he played piano duets. Fiona was in Florida by 1934; this headed paper is a little later, and probably from the war period from the reference to being ‘lucky to be out of England’.
