Letter No.: VWL2285
The White Gates,
Dorking, Surrey.
24th October, 1951
Dear Vally,1
Thank you very much for your letter, which touched me very much and I was very much interested both in your account of Overstone and of the “Holiday Singers”.2
By the way, Arnold Foster has just made an orchestration of another Welsh Hymn tune, “Hyfrydol”.
Love from
Uncle Ralph
(R. Vaughan Williams).
