I write on grand paper¹ to thank you for the seeds & especially the lovely red hank:² which I am sure is yours & therefore the more alluring (as Bunyan says). All my love for the New Year.
I have heard from Rosemary³ – she wants to come to England – though she has been offered a job in Washington.
