13 Cheyne Walk

[March 1910]
Dear Miss Charrington
I am so sorry I was out when you came
I have noted corrections on programme.
I think Miss Penville’s name ought to come before Mr Carey’s on the front page. Also Mrs Corfield at the top of the list
Mr Carey came in yesterday and we settled to do bushes and briars for the 1st folksong also “Whither must I wander” first of my songs.
I’m so glad we’ve got a good cello coming.
Also “from Songs of Travel’ must come out as one of them is not!
Yrs very sincerely
R Vaughan Williams
1. Ruth Charrington was secretary of an orchestra of which VW was the conductor. See VWL320.
