Score and parts of Four Seasons safely arrived. There are two rehearsals on July 15th. at the Festival Hall, 10.30 & 3 30, but I do not know at which of them they will do our tune.1

1. “Our tune” here is Folk Songs of the Four Seasons. A concert presented at the Festival Hall by the English Folk Dance and Song Society in honour of the International Folk Music Conference, with the Boyd Neel Orchestra, John Lewis Partnership Singers, Women’s Institute Choirs, conductors Boyd Neel and Leslie Woodgate. The programme included works by Butterworth, Byrd, Holst, Purcell, Gibbons and Tomkins.
