I rang up Foss1 on receipt of your letter – & he is most willing you shd send your thing to Novello – so I much hope you will do so.2
As regard Tunes – all the tunes in the Folk-song Journal are the property of their collectors – & they wd certainly give you leave if not otherwise disposed of.  Also any tunes printed in non copyright books e.g. Chappell
