Dear Martin
I should like very much to have what Gustav & I used to call a “field day” – when we wallowed in each others compositions – I sh^d much like your advice on some of mine & if I could make any suggestions which w^d help you in yours I sh^d of course he proud.
The question is how to meet.
Adeline w^d be very glad if you would honour us by staying the night here if you could put up with war time conditions
