Letter from Ralph Vaughan Williams to Lewis Crow

Letter No.: VWL3033

The White Gates,
Dorking, Surrey.

13th May, 1953.

Dear Mr. Crow,

Thank you very much for your letter andfor the proof, which I return herewith.
As to your two points – September 1st. would be a suitable date for the Purchaser to take possession so far as I am concerned. Secondly, as regards fittings I shall probably take most of them away with me and such as I leave behind will certainly not be worth selling.1
We both enjoyed our time abroad very much.
Yours sincerely

R Vaughan Williams
