Letter No. VWL821
Letter from Ralph Vaughan Williams to Joan Western
Letter No.: VWL821
From R. Vaughan Williams,
The White Gates,
Westcott Road,
Dorking.
December 8 [1935]
Dear Mrs Western
I have heard nothing from Lady Wimborne – If you like I will write to her again – if you will send me her address.1 As regards other rooms I am more ignorant than you – but I do not think we ought to be too far out – but if you think Caenwood Towers wherever it may be is otherwise suitable I have no objection.
Yrs sincerely
R. Vaughan Williams
