Letter from Ralph Vaughan Williams to Joan Western

Letter No.: VWL933

From R. Vaughan Williams,
The White Gates,
Westcott Road,
Dorking.

Feb 12 [1936]

Dear Mrs Western

I am enclosing this letter.  I have already answered it so I do not think you need do anything – I suppose he is not a subscriber & has been missed out by accident?
I am so sorry Imogen cannot come except for a minute – I do hope Mrs Holst is able to come – which reminds me that I have had no information yet of the when – where & how of the meeting – Also are we going to have another committee meeting soon?  I want to propose a small permanent committee nominally to look after the pianos etc but really to keep Someone who shall be Nameless in order.1
Yours sincerely

R. Vaughan Williams
