I am so sorry to hear you are in hospital. I think certainly that we ought to have some memorial service or ceremony, and if I can do anything to help organise it, let me know.¹
As to a permanent memorial, the idea requires thinking about a bit, and I am not prepared with any practical suggestion yet.
