I have already spoken to the director about you & hope all will be well.1
I’ve heard indirectly about you from Grace & Leslie Russell2 – also you card from Buda Pesth.  So glad all has been successful.

1. Imogen Holst was travelling on the continent with an Octavia scholarship from the Royal College of Music. Presumably VW had been speaking with the Director of the College about extending the scholarship, or something of the sort.
2. Fellow students Grace Williams, the composer, and Leslie Russell, later Music Adviser to the London County Council, also held travelling scholarships at this time.
