I lately amused myself by making a translation – very free – of what I think a very charming work by Johannes Röntgen – Is there any chance that the O.U.P. would publish it? I understand that his publishers have no objection to a separate English version being issued. I need hardly say that I do not want any remuneration for my share in the work.
