With regard to your query – “Romance” and “Pastorale” were published by Goodwins and I suppose when they merged with Curwen’s it was taken over by Curwen’s, but I have lost sight of it for a long time.

1. Following publication of his book on VW in 1950, Foss had received a letter from a reader saying that he had a Romance & Pastorale by Vaughan Williams for violin & piano printed by Goodwin probably in 1923 and dedicated to D.M.L. These works, Catalogue of Works 1923/6, omitted (with much else) from Foss’s list, were dedicated to Dorothy Longman.
