This is very sweet of you. One is finished, but I think one alone wd be no use to you – the other is only howling in the air & has not been harnessed yet.
But if you like I will send the one to you – I think you will probably hate it – & you must be honest about it.

1. VW is referring to Hymn Tune Prelude on ‘Song 13’ by Orlando Gibbons, Catalogue of Works 1930/3, of which Harriet Cohen gave the first performance on 14th January 1930 at the Wigmore Hall. The second was never written.
