My Dearest Harriet

Alas I wish I cd come on July 18 – but I’ve stupidly gone & cracked my ankle – no pain – but I mayn’t put my foot to the ground for 3 weeks more.1
I tried to get you on the phone to see if you wanted a ticket for my tune at the R.C.M. but you were away2
Love from
