I do hope you are better now – it was lovely on Saturday thank you 1000 times.¹
I hate worrying you, but could you get your secretary to send me all four copies of the concerto & I will put in the new cadenza etc & then, if I may, come & go through it with you some time.  The orchestra parts are all altered ready.
