I have corrected these – Isn’t it rather dangerous to send Grace Williams’ M.S. direct to the engraver without my seeing it?  I am now scoring it and in the course [of] making several alterations!¹

1. This letter, though in Oxford University Press’s file 119J, refers to the cantata Sons of Light, Catalogue of Works 1950/3, of which Grace Williams apparently made a fair copy of the vocal score. See VWL2081.
