Herewith proofs of old 100th. Please let me see a revise.
I am troubled about the question of l. c. or cap: for “his” and “him” when referring to the Deity.1 I prefer l. c. following the practice of the Bible, Prayer book, English Hymnal & S. of Praise.2 H. A & M3 on the other hand has caps:
I suppose we must follow the lead of the whole book and not be different4

4. The music was to be included in the Coronation Service book being published by Novello’s.
