[1930s?]

Dearest Grace
I’m so glad you are in the 1st 4 – but now you’ve got to face the old die-hards – & I have little hope
Splendid about the Waltz & the 4tet – not broadcast I fear
Send me the overture when done – I’m against 12th night – not lyrical enough – Why not try the last one – is not the high G rather awkward on “is’t not”? – I rather fancy the low G. Then skip up to the F. but I am not sure.
I go to R.C.M.1 tomorrow & will distribute your love – I long for the old days with you & Betty2 – its rather dull now
Love from
Uncle Ralph
