Dear Gerald

At last I’ve found opportunity to go through the songs. “Clear & gentle stream” has the most lovely things in it – but I feel falls to pieces a bit in the middle. I think probably the most successful as a whole is the 3 part one – probably thats the one you don’t like! Also the “Flowers that fade” – But they’ve all got that real English-Bridges quality which I like so much.1
My love to Joyce.
