Dear Fritz

I was very glad to get your letter and know that you are still alive and safe.
We keep going here as well as may be expected. 
– It is wonderful how everyone is turning to music – There were l0,500 people at a Prom at the Albert Hall the other night.
I live a very quiet life now. Never leave home except occasionally for ½ a day to London on business.
