October 16th 1956.
Dear Page,
I am sorry for the delay in answering your letter, but I am only just back from abroad.1 To save time I have written direct to Dr Williams and I hope that my letter will help to get you this appointment, which you certainly ought to have.
Give my love to Lilburn. I wish I could accept your inviatation2 to New Zealand, but I am getting rather old for long distance travelling.
With kind regards,
Yrs
