Gentlemen
I am sorry I did not explain fully enough in my first letter.1 I thought you would understand that I myself am the composer of the songs in question (three songs: ‘Silent Noon’, ‘Heart’s Haven‘ ‘Death-in-love’ and ‘Willowwood’. They are still in manuscript but the concert-givers wish to print the words in their programmes. If you kindly give the necessary leave it will of course be acknowledged in the programme.
I enclose a prospective programme of Messrs Broadwood’s concert – the programme of Miss Verne’s concert is not out yet.
