Dear Dent
Many thanks for your letter.
I met Mayer1 last night & am to have a talk with him.
All you tell me about Dido in Germany is most interesting. Also about Stewart’s2 success – I wish he cd get a show in Germany – unfortunately the principal part in the `Shepherds’ is Baritone.3
I can’t thank you enough for all you are doing.
Yrs
R. Vaughan Williams
