I will meet you soon be in the Cathedral¹ soon after 2.0 & hope to see you there. I am stopping tomorrow night Broomy Hill (Hulls)² – Wed night shall have to catch a train before you have done your bit – But we must try to meet.

1.  Hereford, where VW was to conduct Two Hymn Tune Preludes CW 1936/7, the Pastoral Symphony, CW 1921/13, and Suite for Viola and Small Orchestra, CW 1934/11.
2.  Broomy Hill was probably the house where the organist of Hereford Cathedral, Percy Hull, lived.
