I will meet you soon be in the Cathedral1 soon after 2.0 & hope to see you there. I am stopping tomorrow night Broomy Hill (Hulls)2 – Wed night shall have to catch a train before you have done your bit – But we must try to meet.

1.  Hereford, where VW was to conduct Two Hymn Tune Preludes Catalogue of Works 1936/7, the Pastoral Symphony, Catalogue of Works 1921/13, and Suite for Viola and Small Orchestra, Catalogue of Works 1934/11 at the Three Choirs Festival.
2.  Broomy Hill was the home of the organist of Hereford Cathedral, Percy Hull.
3. VW needed to catch a train to London in time to attend the wedding of one of his wife’s family (Fisher) in Westminster Abbey on Friday.
