Dorking.

March 1 [1935]

Dear Arnold

I believe that Fanny1  is writing to you to ask you to play a concerto on Wednesday May 1st at the Dorking Fest.
I do hope you will consent. It must be a short one and we shall only have the Mozart/Beethoven orchestra.
What about the little Bach F minor which in my catalogue is timed at 12 minutes or one of Mozart’s – which I believe play about ½ hour. We must not go more than ½ hour and I would rather be less.
Let me know what you think.
Yrs
