Dear Mr sorry! Burnard
Your score has arrived just as I start for America – it is most unfortunate – but it will have to wait till I come back in December. I have put it away securely in my safe.
If you want publishers to look at it or conductors of choral societies I would strongly urge making a pfte arrangement at all events for the choral parts.
Yours sincerely
R Vaughan Williams
