All right. If you wish you can have the chapter and verse of the quotations. As soon as I can get them correct I will send them to you.
As regards P.P., I do not wish to put any spoke in any wheel, so if you think it will not harm the possibilities of a stage performance I will give in about concert performances.1

1. Pilgrim’s Progress.  There had been a suggestion of a concert performance at Bristol Cathedral (see VWL4161) about which VW was not keen; OUP had indicated that they did not think it would lessen the chance of a staged performance.
