Dear Adrian
I believe you are kindly conducting my “Benedicite” at the Freak Festival1 on the 28th. Could you spare me a few minutes before the date to discuss tempi?
Has Napier Miles sent you his “Urn” – I think it is a jolly good work.2  I daresay you know that he had bad luck with it.  It was accepted by the Leeds Festival committee & then I believe turned down by the gentleman who was, & I understand now is not going to conduct the Festival.
Don’t you think we cd get it put in somewhere?
