Dear One

Boo1 & I had a lovely drive to Godalming.  She went to see the witch – I stayed in car with a book – & suffered the visit of a sweet girl from R.A.M. – staying with witch whose hero you are & she cdnt resist coming to inspect me!
Then after tea Boo went to see Josiah – She found him telephoning – Bruce Smith had just left him – said his heart was all right & he could leave tomorrow!  He had thought of the Wilson Harris – but when Boo suggested here he jumped at it!  said he had felt doubts at going so far so soon – So Boo fetches him tomorrow morning – I’m sure we shall be quite happy with him – It will be an escape for him – I think he was just getting upset from being kept a prisoner – very low blood pressure – not heart he told Boo today.
