Dear one

We had an easy drive home – Found Hon’s¹ sister Joan here! so the single² was turned into a 4 with Philip’s aunt – his suggestion when he saw Joan! a pity – but all went happily.
I had Hester Fuller and an unattractive Armenian woman who had come lion hunting after you. She had heard one of your works “Darest Thou” sung under Davidson³. Knew nothing else.
All well with us – only send 1 line to say how you are.
