I risk this – Perhaps I ought to be sending to Cathedral Hotel. So glad you go there.1
I don’t see why we can’t meet at Winchester Station about 3.
We had a lovely picnic in Combe bottom yesterday Gaga Vuff2 & the Somers Cocks3 & then a drive to Ewhurst etc –

1. AVW had addressed the letter to Rose Cottage at Stapleford, near Salisbury, where VW was ‘on retreat’ and had begun composing after a period of writer’s block.
