Dear Mr Finzi
Yes do come on Thursday and come prepared to spend the night – Tennis probably won’t start till after tea – for perhaps Ralph may be at a rehearsal of ‘Job’ & if not we are going to visit his mother during the afternoon – so you see how necessary it is to stay on. Also will you join us in a Box for the Camargo matinée on Monday. Is this possible for you?

1. The Camargo Society put on the first performance of the stage version of Job on Sunday, 5th July. Finzi was being invited to the performance the following day.
