Dear Miss Lasker
Gustav von Holst tells me that there is a chance you might be willing to take some pupils at the Boro’ Polytechnic next season (starting September):
The terms are very low only 5/0 an hour – so I do not know if you wd care to undertake it. The present teacher has resigned, so there is no difficulty about that.
Last term there were 72 class pupils & 4 individuals – but as I propose to abolish class teaching it is difficult to say how many there will be in future.
It is most of it night work.
I am meeting my ctee soon & should be glad to know if you will kindly let me put your name before them.1
Yrs sincerely
R. Vaughan Williams
