It occurs to me as a possibility that you might come here on Monday, the 13th. instead of the 14th.
We are having a preliminary rehearsal that day from 2-15 onwards, which means all most of the strings will attend, and we could give a preliminary run-through of your work¹ before the full rehearsal on Tuesday.
If you could stop the night on Monday night as well as Tuesday we should see more of you, which would be a very good plan.
